An undeniable benefit of the BenchK 733 wall bar is that each of its additional elements can be removed by a single adult. This makes it possible to adjust the height and utilize all the possibilities of every element.

The bench BenchK B1 does not contain any element made of synthetic leather or foam. The back rest (as well as the small seat and under knee pads) is a uniform element made of integral polyurethane. The bench is reversible with an additional seat, which allows for various exercises such as crunches, presses with a barbell or dumbbells at an angle or in a vertical position.

Attaching TRX straps to the wall bar makes it possible to exercise using your own weight. BenchK 733 multifunctional wall bar fits perfectly into your everyday, busy lifestyle. It completes a home, office or a public institution.

Includes an assembly kit (does not include wall mounting set, as its type depends on the type of wall which the wall bar will be attached to). The decision and responsibility for the method of installation of the wall bar rests with the customer. Wall mounting is not possible to a plasterboard wall. The minimum required wall thickness in the case of installation with the use of Fischer expansion bolts available from BenchK is 12 cm/4,7″. In all other cases, it is a recommended thickness only. Is the BenchK 733W the same hardware as the black 733 version, just a different color? Yes -- it's the same wall bar, PB3 pull-up bar, DB1 dip bar, and B1 bench set, finished in white matt instead of black.

What's the barbell-holding capacity of the pull-up bar? Flipped over, the PB3 pull-up bar acts as a barbell rest for up to 200kg (441 lbs).

How much user weight can the 733W handle? The maximum user weight is 150kg (330 lbs).

What wall thickness do I need for a stud wall install? A minimum of 12cm (4.7") is recommended when using Fischer expansion bolts, with a BenchK WHB+S8 or WHW+S8 wall holder required for stud walls.

Does the bench use foam padding? No -- the B1 bench's back rest, seat, and under-knee pads are a uniform integral polyurethane piece rather than foam or synthetic leather.
