Overview
Black Competition Bumper Plates (KG) are IWF-style bumper plates built for Olympic lifting and high-volume training in kilogram increments. They use a low-bounce rubber compound over a zinc-coated steel disc insert and are tested to withstand repeated drops from overhead.
