Product Benefits
The Medical Nature X is a 6 to 8 person outdoor sauna with a tribrid heating system. It runs full spectrum infrared, traditional dry heat, and steam in the same cabin, so one cabin covers three sauna styles. It is the largest outdoor model Medical Saunas builds, and it is the model people choose when the sauna has to seat a group instead of a couple. If you are still comparing sizes, start with the full outdoor sauna range.
You get 11 Ultra Full Spectrum outdoor heaters, an 8000W steam stove, 100% natural Canadian cedar walls, and removable benches that clear enough floor space for stretching or hot yoga. Interior floor is roughly 82 by 68 inches. It installs outdoors on a level pad and needs a hardwired 208V to 240V, 50 amp circuit. It is not a plug-in sauna.
Sessions run up to 250°F on dry mode. Most owners use it after training, at the end of a work day, or as the shared amenity on a property where several people want in at once. Compared with a standard 2 or 3 person outdoor cabin, the trade is simple: far more room and three heat modes, in exchange for a bigger footprint, more weight, and an electrician on install day.

Ideal For
Groups of 6 to 8
Largest outdoor cabin in the Medical Saunas line. Seats a family, a training group, or guests together instead of in shifts.
Buyers who want all three heat types
Infrared, dry, and steam in one cabin. No second unit, no second electrical run, no second slab.
Estates, lodges, and rental properties
92 by 82 inch exterior with overhang. Cedar build holds up outdoors and reads as a finished feature, not a shed.
Hot yoga and mobility work
Benches lift out. Standing room for poses and stretching that a fixed-bench cabin cannot give you.
Not ideal for:
Small yards, balconies, indoor rooms, or any site limited to a 120V outlet. Also skip it if you are the only regular user, since you are paying for capacity you will not fill. For a smaller outdoor cabin, look at the Nature 6 on 120V or the Nature 8 Plus on 220V.
Why GooFitness carries this
Most sauna sellers stock one or two outdoor sizes and push you into whichever one is in stock. We carry the full Nature range plus traditional, infrared, and hybrid cabins, so the conversation starts with your space, your panel, and how many people actually use it. On a 6 to 8 person outdoor build, that ordering matters more than the spec sheet. contact us at support@goofitness.com, 9am to 6pm EST, Monday to Friday, and we will size it with you before anything ships.
Who buys the Nature X
Homeowners with acreage or a finished backyard who want the sauna to seat everyone at once
Short-term rental and lodge owners adding a headline amenity guests book for
Recovery studios, gyms, and clinics adding heat therapy without building a room indoors
Hot yoga practitioners who need standing room, not a bench-only cabin
Buyers replacing a small sauna that never had the capacity or the heat range they wanted
What the tribrid system actually does
Three heating systems sit in one cabin and you pick the mode per session.
Full spectrum infrared. 11 Ultra Full Spectrum outdoor heaters at 5000W total. Near, mid, and far wavelengths, so you get surface and deeper penetration in the same session rather than one narrow band.
Dry sauna. A Harvia heater from Finland drives traditional dry heat up to 250°F for anyone who wants a classic Finnish session.
Steam. An 8000W steam stove with an essential oil generator for aromatherapy sessions.
Supporting systems: Rapid Internal Heating with omni-directional distribution, an insulated airflow system and extra-insulated wall panels to hold temperature, chromatic therapy lighting, an interior reading light, a four-speaker audio system with Bluetooth, and an LED touch control panel. Benches are ergonomic and deep, with a step bench and accessory shelf.
Room to move, not just sit
Most outdoor cabins fix the benches in place, which leaves
Shipping & Delivery
The Nature X needs a dedicated 208V to 240V, 50 amp hardwired circuit run by a licensed electrician. It does not run on a standard 120V outlet. Shipping weight is 1,539 lbs (2,174 lbs for the Combo), so plan a level pad and equipment or extra hands for placement. If your site cannot support that, call us before you buy and we will point you to a model that fits.
