The Traditional 4 is the most compact and most affordable model in the Traditional Series. It seats one person, runs a 4,500W ultra-high performance stove that reaches 194°F, and delivers the full Finnish steam sauna experience in the smallest footprint the series offers. Pour water over the volcanic rocks, fill the cabin with steam, and get the same doctor-designed therapy systems found on every model in the lineup.

This is the Traditional model you choose when you want the authentic steam sauna experience but only need room for one. The exterior is just 41.3″ × 55.1″, making it the easiest Traditional model to fit in a spare room, basement corner, or large bathroom. And at 220V/30A, it draws the lowest amperage in the series, which means the simplest and cheapest electrical installation.

The Medical 3 Infrared Sauna is the 1-person infrared option. It uses radiant infrared heat (no steam), plugs into a standard 120V/15A outlet (no electrician needed), and runs at lower cabin temperatures. Choose the Traditional 4 for classic Finnish steam at 194°F. Choose the Medical 3 for dry infrared heat on a standard outlet.

Electrical requirement: 220V/30A hardwired. Even the smallest Traditional model requires 220V. A standard household outlet won't work. A licensed electrician must install a 220V/30A circuit for the stove, plus a separate 120V outlet for lights.
