Jump Board vs. Rebounder Jump Board: The standard Jump Board is a fixed flat surface — ideal for plyometric cardio intervals and classical jumping series. The Rebounder Jump Board has a spring suspension underneath, which absorbs impact and returns energy. It's the better choice for clients with joint sensitivity, rehabilitation work, or studios that prioritize lower-impact cardio programming.

The MVe Tower attaches to the reformer frame and opens up a full range of tower-based exercises — push-through bar, roll-down bar, arm springs, and leg spring work — without adding a separate piece of equipment to your space.
