You can also turn your smartphone into a secondary controller through the Smart Life app, allowing you to start your tub from afar so it’s ready when you are.

A contoured fiberglass lining delivers comfort and deep relaxation to every plunge. A thick ThermoSpruce surround finishes the tub with rustic style and all-season durability. You also have your choice of color: natural or black. This tub is plug-and-play with standard electrical outlets and arrives fully assembled.

The tub arrives on a wooden pallet encased in wood for solid protection.

The driver is responsible for curbside delivery only and will lower the item to ground level.

Cancellations & Returns

Cancellations

We will issue a 100% refund on orders canceled within 4 business days or before the order has shipped - whichever deadline arrives first. If an order is canceled after, there will be a 3% cancellation fee. Please reach out to our support team if you need to cancel your order after it has shipped.

Returns

This product is eligible for a return if:

You initiate your return within 30 days of product delivery date.

The product is unused and in its original packaging.

Installation has not been attempted.

If these requirements are met, your return will be accepted. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. After we receive the return and it has been inspected at our warehouse, we will refund your original payment method in accordance with the policy listed above.
