For moves greater than 50 miles, an installation partner will visit your home to remove the Tonal from the wall at your current address and prepare it for transport. You will then be responsible for transporting the Trainer to your new address. Many customers insure their Tonal with their movers the same way they insure TVs. A different installation partner will visit your new home to install the Trainer. You may also need wide-mount adapters for studs spaced 17 to 24 inches apart. You’ll want to keep the installation requirements in mind when choosing your new location. These appointments will take about two (2) hours each and will require your presence (or another individual 18 years of age or older) at both locations.

This kit contains the required hardware for ALL relocations. Tonal does not reuse hardware when relocating your trainer to ensure your safety. This new hardware will be used to install both your bracket and trainer. The professional installation team will bring it with them to your reinstallation appointment. *Hawaii and Alaska Customers will need to make sure they have their new installation hardware to hand for the installation team.* Make sure you keep your wall mount after uninstallation.
